We use 100% baby alpaca wool in our hand-knitted boy’s clothing, which is soft and hypo-allergenic so it won’t irritate your child’s skin. Alpacas are a very earth-friendly choice, because of their very efficient grazing habits and the facts that they don’t require much water. Baby alpaca clothing can be hand washed in cold water with a mild detergent and then laid flat to dry.
We use only organic cotton in our hand-crocheted clothing. Lightweight and free from the pesticides used in traditional cotton, it’s a perfect choice for the warmer months. Our cotton boy’s clothing can be hand washed in cold water and laid flat to dry, or it can be put in the machine on the “delicate” setting and then in the dryer on the lowest setting.
