Payments, Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy


How To Return An Item
We stand by our products therefore if you are not satisfied we offer a full refund for item(s) shipped back to us within 40 days of purchase, your item(s) must be in it's original unused condition.


1. Please email info@mioukids.com to request a refund.
2. Mail your returned item to:

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Since we cannot be responsible for parcel lost on route to us, we strongly recommend that you use trackable post to ensure safe delivery this option is available on our site.
We do not accept C.O.D’s.
We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid for the order.
You will have to pay for return shipping to us.
We will ship an exchanged item back to you for free.

Return Exceptions 
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Exchanges 
If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or colour. You will have to pay for return shipping.
All sale items are final sale, no refund or exchange.

Credit Card Charges 
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Shipping Policy 


Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Carriers 
We use Canada Post for our deliveries.

Order Tracking 
If a tracking # is provided, we will update your order with the tracking information. 

Shipping Rates 
Free worldwide shipping on orders over US$150 non trackable.
Canada and USA: US$10 non trackable.
International: US$20 non trackable.

Back Orders 
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Privacy Policy 

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

What Information Do We Collect? 
We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your:
