If you prefer hand-washing, simply soak in cool water with a mild, non-toxic detergent. Squeeze the item to get clean and then rinse thoroughly before gently pressing out the excess water. For machine-washing, just use the “delicate” setting. To dry, lay flat or hang, or you can put it in the dryer on the lowest setting.
