At Miou Kids, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To achieve a smooth process, we offer return and refund services to all our customers (followed by our policy). You can request or raise your concerns regarding the same via the below-mentioned points:

  • We offer return services within 30 days of purchasing.
  • Customers may initiate an exchange within 30 days from the date of receiving their purchase
  • The item should be in new or unopened condition to return or exchange
  • Items must be returned in a sellable condition - unworn, with tags and dust bags.
  • An image of the damaged product must be sent while requesting a return via email.
  • We also require a receipt or other type of proof of purchase
  • This excludes sale items and gift cards

If your return is accepted, our dedicated team will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The returned items must be received before we can proceed with the return or issue a refund. Once received, we will promptly dispatch the requested exchanged item to the customer.

Important Note: We offer a full refund for all full-priced items only. Refunds are not applicable on "Sale" items.

Damages or issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What are the conditions on which the return won’t be applicable?

  • Items that are damaged, washed, or without tags, will not qualify to be returned. We have the right to refuse a refund.
  • International orders must be returned at the customer's own cost.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us with any questions or issues regarding your item. 


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Final Word

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
