SERVICE RETURN

We allow an exchange and refund policy. To request the exchange and refund: Please email info@mioukids.com with your order number and request and one of our team will get back to you. Please allow 48 working hours for a response.

We allow a 30-day return and full refund policy from the received date of the item. Items must be returned in a sellable condition - unworn, with tags and bags.

Once the customer receives an email from us, we will arrange a courier pickup for the returns.

You can pick the trackable shipping option during your order and can easily track it using the delivery partner’s #Bill number from their website; details will be sent immediately upon shipment.

Suppose the order is canceled after the confirmation. In that case, our customers will receive an email notification informing them that their order has been canceled, and all the amount will be reverted back in case of pre-paid orders.

Please take a picture of the damaged item, contact us at info@mioukids.com, and mention that it was damaged during shipping. We will provide a refund for the damaged items upon inspection. We also offer a store credit for lost items.
